What we collect
The information you submit in our enquiry forms: name, business email, company, country, position (where relevant), and the details you choose to share about your business or interest. We ask you not to submit sensitive financial documents at the initial enquiry stage.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, assess whether it fits our advisory focus, and arrange a discussion. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
Campaign information
If you arrive via an advertising link, we record the campaign parameters (such as utm_source) with your enquiry to understand which channels generate relevant enquiries.
Cookies
Essential storage is used to remember your cookie and language choice. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising (Meta Pixel) cookies are only loaded if you select “Accept all”. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, and deleted when no longer required.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
